Non-Returnable Items:

As we operate on a print-on-demand basis, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for a change of mind. All items are made to order, customized to your preferences, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Should your order arrive damaged or with any defects, please inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Kindly contact us through our designated Contact Us page, including your order details and photographs highlighting the damage or defect.

In the case of courier-related damage, youย may need to liaise with the courier service for resolution. Rest assured, we are here to support you through the process.

Upon receiving your notification, we will promptly engage with our suppliers to rectify the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will either arrange for a replacement or provide a refund.
